Friday, August 15, 2014 - Roasted meat galore, lots of cherry and spice. The nose is definitely a Paso nose, and it is wonderful. We enjoyed this with a a BBQ leg of lamb.
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle.
It smells like plum, prune, red currant, clove and meaty. It tastes like cherry. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
