Saturday, March 12, 2016 - To me this is kind of a "tough guy" white wine. It is energetic, spicy, earthy, rustic and exhibits a lot of raw power. After the tough stuff, there is a really nice, deeply fruity, lemon and apple core of fresh fruit. Finishes with herbal influenced citrus, shale and mineral finish.
