Friday, December 6, 2019 - Oozing of yellow apples, some pears, lees and toast.
Elegant mousse and ok balance but lacking layers and finish.
Overall strongly disappointed in this otherwise well tasting champagne. Had simply expected more judging from ratings such as the current Vivino rating of 4.5
