Tuesday, August 25, 2020 - A wonderful Zin from Ridge. Opened up after breathing in the bottle for about an hour. The nose made us thing we were in the Northern Cal. wine country. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry. It tastes like cherry and black currant (cassis). The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
