Sunday, March 15, 2015 - Clear, light golden color. After opening the bottle and pouring the first glas some slight CO2 bubbles. Clean, beautiful, developed and intense nose. Salty, earthy notes, vegetables, some fruits and sweet pineapple.
Dry, medium acidity, medium+ but well integrated alcohol (13%). Medium+ intensity with a medium+/long finish. Salty notes, wet stones, vegetables and some bitter orange zests at the end. Everything is well balanced, despite is intensity everything seems to be very lightweight and dancing. A real “Firebird” and my favorite Silvaner…
