Friday, October 4, 2019 - WOW! This wine has evolved to become a multi-layered treat. Inky dark color, silky texture, and assorted flavors unfold on the palate. But overly fruity but some nutty flavors and complex finish un-decanted. Didn’t get better with lamb chops but might stand along me with some flavorful cheese.
