Monday, February 20, 2023 - Extended decant, Deep, dark color, nose of dark fruit with some floral notes and secondary notes. Pure, linear, smooth mouthfeel, tannins smooth but present. Long finish. Very pleasing.

    2/21/2023 10:08:00 AM - Excellent review. More people need to reference the PLEASING aspect of wines. I personally would like to see a rating scale based solely on how pleasing (or not) a wine is. Maybe a Pleasing Scale of 1-5 (assuming "very pleasing" would slot in around the 3-4 range but I'm willing to discuss) is the order of the day?
