Monday, July 25, 2016 - Very much an earthy nose. Light hit of black currant on introduction. Then, maybe something like clove. “Dustiness” re-appears mid-palate. However, leather may be a better description. Tannin kind of sneaks up on you. It’s not until the rear palate that it becomes noticeable. Fairly tart—but that’s a good thing for some of us.
