Wednesday, May 23, 2018 - OMG this is a great Cabernet! Make sure to drink at the right temperature. My first glass was at cellar temperature - not right for this wine. At temp, the wine opens up, nice balance and nose. Some Cabernet are too woody or acidic, this is a pleasant, balanced wine.
