Monday, February 8, 2016 - The nose showed ripe blackberry, cherry, and violet floral tones. On the palate, I found a soft display of dark fruits with a bitter twang and mouthwatering acidity. It finished fresh on violet floral tones. This is a remarkably pretty and satisfying Dolcetto.
