Saturday, December 11, 2021 - Perman Champagne Night (My home - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. 100% Meunier, old vine, 6 years on lees, so either 2013 or 2014 vintage. Apple and berry with a fun, floral, forward richness, simpler style on finish with a bit of herbaceousness. Good now.
