Saturday, January 5, 2019 - Beautiful Côte-Route full of floral, pepper, roasted meat and soy notes on the nose. Dark fruits and spice, with a herbaceous hint at the end on the palate. Still young after only 9 years with a rich but elegant palate that still maintains an exciting wild/sauvage edge.
