Saturday, March 21, 2020 - Let this breathe in bottle for 2 hrs and after a brief initial taste decanted where we nipped at it for another 3 hrs. The nose initially had some barnyard like smells but not overwhelming. There were bubbles in decanter and glass that did not go away but the wine was not at all carbonated tasting. It seems very young atm.
