Monday, December 22, 2008 - Decanted for 2 hours . . . . initially some heat on first pour, but after about 20 minutes in the glass notes of leather, red berry, cherries, and cinnamon? showed up. Tasted amazing, a little spice that softened wonderfully as we worked our way thru the bottle. Worked great with the bone in rib-eye. This is not a subtle bottle of wine.
