Friday, February 25, 2022 - Opaque red with the slightest fading at the edges. Black cherries and chocolate on the nose. Complexly layered fruit on the palate. Black cherry, blackberry, bitter chocolate, tobacco. Plums on the mid-palate. Sweet cherry fruit develops with air. Sweet tannins, beautiful acidity, great balance. Finishes long and elegant with dark chocolate and cherry. Gorgeous, elegant wine. Drink over the next 10 to 15 years. May continue to develop for another 5 years before peak.
