Monday, July 27, 2015 - Opened for 1 hour and then decanted for 1/2 hour before drinking. This has a wonderful nose of graphite, blue fruits, sour cherry. On the palate it is all earth with mushroom, sage, aus jus. Very smooth, full bodied, long finish. Nice acidity on the finish though a little weakness after two hours make me wonder about the future but I expect the backbone to carry it though. Definite improvement from 1 1/2 years ago from our last bottle.
