Saturday, April 4, 2015 - From 375ml. Clear medium ruby color. Clean aromas, medium intensity, primary and secondary- showing notes of black cherry, pie crust, provincial herbs, and black tea. Dark fruit flavors on the palate, wound tight with sweet spice, cedar and hints of mineral and earth. Medium acid and big full tannins- grainy and polished. Tight, medium finish. Needs time.
