Sunday, October 12, 2014 - Color: deep rose color.
Nose: Fresh, medium intensity, fairly youthful but with toast undertones. Raspberry, plum and toast on the nose with a creamy note, brings to mind raspberry jam toast, without being plump.
Palate: dry and crisp, medium body, foamy mousse, lowish alcohol; the medium intense flavours are focused on cherry and raspberry, with a nice herbal note on the finish. Slightly bitter finish, but that works well with food.

This is still young, should be able to take a couple more years nicely. Outstanding acidity, and good fruit, with some complexity.
