Monday, July 12, 2004 - Very interesting wine here. A combination of Cab (47%), Syrah (45%), Petite Verdot (3%), and Zinfandel (5%). 15.4% alchohol. Ripe, rich, meaty flavors come through on the nose and the palate. Smooth, but with plenty of grip to the plum and blackbery flavors. I would recommend decanting for an hour or so because this was better the second day.
