Thursday, May 11, 2023 - Good to go after 30 minutes, decanted over 2 hours and drank over 3 hours: Although the wine continues to evolve nicely, this was more light bodied than I was expecting for an 03. Decent Pauillac nose, Cab dominant, complex, coffee notes, cedar, moist earth, mint. Medium finish with light rounded tannin. Drink up!
