Saturday, November 27, 2021 - Schwarzer Adler 2021 (Schwarzer Adler): short notes: dark fruit, the wine had a lot of power, dense.
lacked a little bit of acidity
drank side-by-side with a cos d'estournel 2000, which was fresher and more to the point than this pichon 2003
