Wednesday, July 6, 2005 - Dark and inky. Smoke and roast meat with some cloves/spice. A bit of blood as well. Good structure and length. Good intensity. Roast meat flavours with soft tannins and nice balancing acidity. This bottle had not been terribly well stored - but was drinking nicely now - but will keep.
