Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Pale honey colour.
Honey, honeycomb, orange rind, fine oak spice, strongly fragrant, rich and impressive but smooth.
Rich and powerful, superb bright fruits, honeysuckle and orange rind, sherbet zest, lovely nutty oak spice, honeycomb. Silky slippery texture, good weight, very poised smooth finish with clean acidity. Delicious flavours, very rich, but the seamless texture Make it very easily drinkable. Does not need any time to become interesting, but in no danger of falling apart either.
