Wednesday, November 1, 2006 - Deep translucent red. The nose was initially of strawberries and raspberries. Interesting smoky flavours which lead into an elegant fruity finish. Seemed like the finish would improve with a decant – as it had some edges which needed to be smoothed out. It was slightly quirky but interesting to drink.
