Monday, July 27, 2015 - Weinbach Grand Cru Schlossberg Cuvée Ste Catherine 2013 Riesling: Nicely scented, beautifully textured, excellent balance of richness and acidity, bright flavors redolent of stone fruits, citrus zest, and candle wax, followed by an appealing mineral tang; a drop-dead gorgeous Alsatian Riesling.
