Monday, July 17, 2023 - Shows well now. Typically for 13 this is more dominated by honeyed tropical fruit aromas, with loads of lemon juice-like acidity. Ripeness and aromatic profile is closer to that of a Spätlese, but with a certain lightness, making it unmistakably Kabinett.
