Thursday, June 11, 2015 - Color pale yellow. Nose lemon peel, herb, buttered popcorn and toast. Medium weight, meyer lemon and green apple, follow by roasted nuts and sweet herbs. Nice acidity. Very enjoyable now but just beginning its drinkable stage will revisit in another 2-3 years. Disgorged April 2014.
