Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Like bumping into a good friend of many years, this is an experience to cherish. Not showing any age yet (we should be so lucky); the nose is better with a few hours of air. The palate is just blissful, with silken layers of red fruits, mounds of spice and freshly turned earth backing it all up. A joy to drink, this should hit its preferred window in the next 3-5 years. very highly recommended
