Saturday, May 4, 2019 - Medium yellow. Tasted blind. Reminiscent of the herbaceousness of Sauvignon Blanc or Gruner Veltliner combined with the glossy feel of Chenin Blanc. Citrus and wonderful minerality. Totally interesting wine that is hard to place.
