Monday, December 26, 2011 - Very nice depth, showing intense stone fruit, good acidity, excellent overall balance. Drunk along side a 2004 Girardin Puligny Combettes, the Peay was a bit rounder, and seemed to show a bit more oak, but held its own quite well.
