Tuesday, July 15, 2014 - This pale yellow wine (a blend of 75% Hondarrabi Zuri and 25% Hondarrabi Beltza) has a slight spritz to accent its bracing acidity. Aromas and flavors of stone fruits, lemon curd and spice fit nicely with its light-bodied, bone-dry, low-alcohol (11%) frame. Showing nice persistence in the middle and a lengthy, tart finish, this white is simply fun to drink! Enjoy it in its youth. Drink now-2015.
