Thursday, September 11, 2014 - Some spritz. Fresh, understated aromas of citrus, pear, flowers, petrichor, and oyster. More assertive on the palate, with ample acidity driving flavors of lemon, lime, apple, pear, and salty, stony, shellfish minerality. Fresh, clean, tart, refreshing - quite enjoyable.
