Saturday, June 4, 2016 - Big fruity and juicy Riesling. Medium to high acidity when it first hits your palate but juicy flavors of Granny Smith apples and pear quickly follow. Rather long finish salivating the back of my mouth with a refreshing mild citrus after taste of orange. Slightly too sweet for me personally but a very nice wine.
