Tuesday, November 14, 2023 - Enjoyed with a Nice Filet at Flemming's in San Diego. Not showing any noticeable signs of age. Tannins are still present but not obtrusive. I don't think there's any hurry to drink this one up but not much room for further improvement either. Nose is muted on opening but develops nicely. A rich, robust example of a Beckstoffer Cabernet. Enjoy now and for the next 5 years. The cork came out whole using an air pump opener however it was crumbly and broke apart easily. No signs of leakage.
