Thursday, December 4, 2014 - Consumed over three evenings, kept refrigerated. Yellow-gold with just a shade of orange in the glass. The white Rhone/rosé character and descriptions from my 9/7/2014 note still largely hold true, with maybe a little more red fruit character in the mix. Over a couple of days open, this lost a little charm, becoming more marked by its tart acidity and non-fruit notes, but it still remained enjoyable. Quite good, maybe a tick less complex than the last bottle.
