Wednesday, January 19, 2022 - This just keeps getting better. Decanted 1 hour. Served with rare AHI tuna. No bricking at the rim. Great aromas of cherry, raspberry, earth, forest floor, some black fruit, and spice. Some underbrush, black fruit, cherry, raspberry and spice flavors. Developing nice complexity . Showing very well now, but still seems on the young side. My last bottle.
