Wednesday, November 25, 2015 - Vinturied into a decanter for 2 1/2 hours; medium semi bright red-ruby in appearance. Plum paste, raspberries, and blackberries on the nose; some hints of cassis and menthol are detected too. Earthy ripe strawberries and cherries, some red licorice, and spicy black fruits on the palate; minty menthol is also apparrent. Medium bodied with a medium finish.
