Friday, January 12, 2024 - Incredibly dark wine that looks cloudy crimson at the edges. Intense blueberries, boysenberries, basaltic vinegar, bay leaf, and a touch of coffee on the nose. Intense notes of raspberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, cumin, bay leaf, and a touch of cigar. Tannic blackberry finish goes on forever with an energetic tingling on the lips.
