Tuesday, August 15, 2023 - Decanted an hour and it needed the time. Beautiful aromatics with blueberries, black fruit, anise, tobacco. Loaded with flavor showing black fruit, tobacco, anise, chocolate, and cherries, light cedar. Long smooth finish with silky tannins. Still young. In a really good place now. Should still have years ahead of it.
