Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - Bottle opened the prior afternoon at the winery; remainder wasn't gassed off, just recorked. Blue fruit, lavender on the nose; blue fruit continues on the palate with a silky coating that was much more prominent when first opened yesterday. This is a good everyday drinker at this stage though the finish is somewhat brief. First experience with this property and I'm very impressed if this reflects an "off" vintage.
