Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Open nose with floral notes, white fruit and a thread of something herbal adding lovely complexity. On the palate this was rich, chewy and low acidity but never heavy, with a terrific mineral texture expressing the granite terroir and bringing vitality and fluidity. Really very nice indeed.
