Wednesday, July 16, 2014 - Popped and poured at fridge temp. A very nice nose of ripe peaches and perhaps a touch of fig compote. The palate has good acidity, peaches with a nice long finish. A very nice Posip, although it lacks the salty tang of Posip from Korcula.
