Monday, January 12, 2015 - Pale, lemon color. Aromas of tropical fruit, melon and fresh-cut flowers. Off-dry on the palate with medium acid. Full intense flavors of lychee and sweet yellow apple along with tinges of minerality and floral notes. Bright with a lush richness. The acid is enough to cut the sweetness. Clean juicy finish. Very well done.
