Sunday, March 22, 2015 - Popped and poured. Loads of ripe brambles and some spice as it settles down in the glass. An hour of air really helps. A touch hot but somewhat expected at 15+%. Would be killer with a bloody steak. This is not a shy wine by any means and while it's definitely big and not usually my style, the fruit is quite pure. I'd hit it again.
