Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Ruby red in color. This is still a very young wine. Acidity and abv heat a touch out of balance but not overly so. Aromas of plum, black and blue berries, oak spices, tobacco. I'd peg this maybe a point behind the 2013 I had last year. Still love these wines. Many compare to Scarecrow given proximity, but for me this falls firmly between Tin Man and Scarecrow. Which is fantastic for QPR.
