Saturday, August 8, 2015 - Light yellow in color and nicely aromatic, this wine delivers gooseberry, pineapple and dusty tangerine on both the nose and palate. Light-bodied, crisply acidic and with well-integrated alcohol (13.5%), it stays solid in the middle and adds a spice component on the medium-length back end. Refreshing and consistent with its terroir, this is a pleasant Sauvignon Blanc which should be consumed in its youth. Drink now-2016.
