Saturday, January 15, 2022 - Needs a while to open up, but when it does the nose shows great complexity still dominated by primary and secondary notes even after 10 years: apricot, citron peel, cream, honey, honeysuckle and hints of jasmine, wet stones and pineapple. Round and refreshing on the palate, we’ll structured body and very long finish of apricot, citrus, honey and a mineral note to close.
