Friday, May 17, 2013 - A beautiful Bordeaux if not a great one. A little toasted oak on the nose along with reddish fruit and a bit of chocolate on the palate. . A really nice creamy quality across the palate but the length is not really impressive. Maybe a little more over-cropped -dilute; than I might like; but the end result is really excellent nonetheless. Really great with dinner, but won't knock you in a horizontal tasting of 2003 Saint-Juliens.
