Sunday, November 4, 2007 - Delicious St. Julian, it's got an earthy, meaty fullness, almost chewy after opened for a couple of hours, really opened up with a hint of sweetness, almost a hint of cocoa, plum, wonderful wine, opened a little strong, but softened up nicely, number of good years left, will need to ge get more of this wine.
