Friday, November 2, 2007 - Decanted for three hours before drinking, sampling every hour to see how the wine evolved. It clearly benefited from the decanting, and after three hours it was a smooth, balanced wine that went well with prime rib. While not a blockbuster wine, it was very enjoyable.
